Lauren Healey, Ph.D.

Dr. Lauren Healey is an associate director and senior public service faculty member, providing oversight to both the youth and nonprofit practice groups at the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. She has 25 years of experience in leadership curriculum development, program design, delivery, and evaluation of both youth and adult programs for diverse audiences.

Prior to joining the Fanning Institute, she worked as a 4-H youth development agent in both rural and urban counties. In this position, she was responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for youth ages 9-19.
