Dr. Rabiah Muhammad

Dr. Rabiah Muhammad is an organizational psychologist, executive and career coach, and leadership strategist with more than 20 years of experience in talent management, employee development, hiring and assessment, and workforce transformation. Her career spans federal agencies, including the IRS, OPM, VA, TSA, and Department of Defense, as well as private-sector organizations.

Dr. Muhammad works as a senior industrial-organizational psychologist supporting the U.S. Secret Service as a federal contractor and also provides consulting and coaching through Morningside Solutions. Her work focuses on leadership development, career advancement, employee growth, and helping organizations create sustainable talent development practices.

She holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Career Coach, and Business & Executive Coach.
